Bathroom Renovation

The purpose of this letter is to express our appreciation to Lisa Radway for her help in the partial renovation of our master bath.

The story…We were referred to your company several months ago during a visit with Tiffani Bowman at BBG. After I left her showroom, I decided to stop by your store,  thinking it would be a quick in and out. The assumption was that your pricing would be beyond our level of comfort. Lowes and Home Depot were more likely our speed.

Upon arrival, I was met by Lisa who listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish. She suggested that I select a door style/color from among your samples so that she could more closely asses cost.

She offered to bring samples, including her floor suggestion, which, by the way we had no intention of doing,  by our house so that we could see how they played in our space also affording her the opportunity to measure for the vanity.

But we still had the box stores in mind so after she left  I went to each of them, got quotes and samples. Much to our surprise, your company was not that far off their pricing.  Further, your product along with her guidance stood apart from that which either of those stores offered.

Thus the tipping point…Not only did we decide to buy vanity, granite, pulls from VMK, we also, based on her recommendation, installed the flooring..

May we thank Lisa Radway for her expertise in guiding us flawlessly/painlessly/professionally, through the process and for a beautiful master bath! She is the best!
