This is a long overdue note to say thank you for the many hours you spent helping me with our kitchen design. It’s all I wanted it to be and more. Several times I have been asked what I would change and I can truthfully say “nothing.”

You were most patient and helpful. We have recommended you when possible and hope from us work will come your way. No one would be disappointed.

Andy did a beautiful job of helping me design what I wanted. Eddie put the cabinets in and Ron did the countertops. It all came together so nicely and looks beautiful. Everyone who has seen it likes it.

Dear Don,
My wife and I just completed having our kitchen updated for the first time after being in our home for 34 years. This consisted of alterations to the layout, all new cabinets, appliances, lighting, plumbing and floor covering. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. The cabinets, floor covering and ceiling light boxes (one on a ceiling beam) were furnished and installed by your company and, needless to say, we are highly satisfied with the design and quality of workmanship displayed in these items.

We enjoyed working with Mike Lawless. He was very helpful with developing our plan to meet our needs by making recommendations for functional arrangement, selecting cabinets, advising on the various types of finishes and providing cost estimates. We went through a couple of plans before settling on a final one and Mike always worked with us in a positive and prompt manner.

We would like to commend Ed Kee for the outstanding job he did in installing the cabinets and countertop. His craftsmanship was superb; he worked details to ensure the best fit and alignment of cabinets possible, custom fitting where necessary, especially in a room that was not level and without square walls. He was always courteous and displayed pride in doing his work. It was obvious form the start that he was going to provide customer satisfaction with his job and this he has accomplished.

Likewise, Bobby Ceglarski did an excellent job installing the flooring covering in the kitchen and laundry room. For the laundry room, he offered a suggestion for sealing an area back of the washing machine to preclude water, resulting from leaks, from getting underneath the new vinyl flooring. This suggestion, which I’m thankful for, has been implemented.

I would be remiss If I didn’t’ mention the one who was always first to greet me either at the showroom or on the telephone. Tamberlee Bonilla was extremely polite, showed respect and always obtained my party or took a message. I was never left “forgotten” standing in the showroom or hanging on the telephone.

I know you are proud of the fine traits your personnel have, especially in interfacing with customers, and the high quality provided by Virginia Maid Kitchens. Thanks for a job well done.
